Responsibilities:
Create a competency model of both technical and functional
Become a program manager of KALBE Nutritionals Learning Center
Requirements:
Male or Female, Single, max. 26 years old
Bachelor degree from any major from reputable University with minimum GPA 3,00
Have min. 1-2 year experience in people and management development
Excellent in communication, build relationship with others, and managing execution
Independent, able to serve, self-confident, willing to learn something new, and positive mindset
Good interpersonal and intrapersonal skill
