In charge of the overall hotel operations.
Responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the business and able to manage the financial aspects of the operations.
As a member of the Executive Committee for the property, the General Manager is expected to help create and execute the financial objectives of the hotel.
At least 15 years working experience from reputable 4 - 5 star hotel.
Strong operational background with hands on attitude to daily operation.
Implement budgets, optimize revenues and manage cost.
Knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, preparation of business plans, repairs, maintenance, budget forecasting and long range planning.
