Hotel Aryaduta is Indonesia's premier and leading hospitality group with a tradition of luxury, comfort, and style. The group is part of the hospitality division of the Lippo Group; which is one of the largest hotel groups in Southeast Asia, including its associated flagship property, the 1.200 rooms The Meritus Mandarin Hotel on Orchard Road in Singapore.
Currently we are in search of a Japanese Executive Chef for our reputable Japanese Restaurant in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Japanese Executive Chef

To lead, develop and manage the kitchen team & service to ensure culinary skills, team work and high performance of the group's Japanese restaurant.
To develop the group's Japanese restaurant business and achieve profitability growth as per agreed budget.

Candidate should have at least 4 years experience in authentic Japanese cuisine, preferable in fine dining or up-market restaurants with comprehensive knowledge of kitchen and restaurant operations, cuisines and menu planning.
Strong leadership qualities; good communication and interpersonal skills; and with a passion for culinary excellence and people centric.
Candidate must be willing to do split shift
Required language(s): English, Japanese
